The conclusion is a simple one…it is always important to understand that promoting good sportsmanship during soccer training is the most important job that you have as a coach. If you fail to remember this, you may find your team in disarray. You may also experience many failures.
It is more important to strengthen an entire team at its foundation then to try to get a wall to move out of the way.
